I’ll Be Dipped – Run and Cookout – Thursday August 2nd (Note new location)
Hi Everyone,
This year’s I’ll Be Dipped prediction run will be at the Oedel cottage on Silver Lake on Thursday, August 2nd at 6:00 p.m. The run will be a 5K distance out-and-back on the unpaved Lead Mine Road. Write down your estimated time of finish before the race, then try to run as close to that pace as you can. No watches allowed! The winner is the runner who most closely matches his or her predicted time. The Oedel cottage is located at 651 East Shore Drive. Look for the Oedel sign on the left just past the Lead Mine Road/E. Shore Drive intersection. Please park along East Shore Drive. Runners are welcome to take a swim in Silver Lake after the race. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and fixings compliments of the White Mountain Milers and Chef Dave. Please bring a salad, side dish, or dessert to share and BYOB. Hope to see you there!
