Sunday 4/22 Trail Run

Meet at the left hand side of Walmart at 8 A.M., for a 7 mile trail run led by Frank Holmes.  Frank will lead us on a hilly run out along the trails for 7 miles or you can opt for a shorter out and back.  Frank did mention Jockey Cap, which is in Fryeburg(!), but maybe we’ll end up along Black Cap!  Breakfast to follow, probably Big Dave’s Bagels.  Hope to see you.
